The Executive Secretariat of the Medicines Market Regulation Chamber (SCMED) is announcing that the Medicines Market Monitoring System (Sammed) is now in operation to send the marketing report for the second half of 2023.
The submission period will be open from 00:01 on Monday (2/19) until 11:50 pm on March 20, 2024 (Wednesday). Please note that any reports sent after the deadline will not be considered.
It is important to highlight that only companies that have sent the marketing report to the Medicines Market Regulation Chamber (CMED), as established in CMED Bulletin 11 of August 12, 2015, will be eligible for the maximum medication price adjustment in 2024.
Submission of the report must be carried out exclusively through Sammed. Detailed instructions on filling out and submitting are available in the Commercialization Report manual, accessible via this link.
